Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) - a part of India’s leading infrastructure conglomerate the Adani Group - is India’s largest private multi-port operator. APSEZ is the only private sector port operator with presence across six ports in India. The company’s aim is to increase annual cargo handling capacity from 78 million MT in 2012 to 200 million MT by 2020.

APSEZ’s Mundra Port is Adani Group’s crown jewel and the largest private port in India. It is also the 2nd largest commercial port in India. The multi-product SEZ at Mundra is the largest notified SEZ in the country handling 64.01 tonnes of cargo in FY12.

The Adani Hazira Port Pvt Ltd is being developed in Hazira district, Surat to handle non-LNG facilities like containers, liquid, dry & break bulk

Adani Welspun Exploration Ltd.

Adani Welspun Exploration Ltd. (AWEL) is an Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Joint Venture Company of the multi-billion dollar Adani Group and Welspun Group global conglomerates. AWEL has majority working interest in two exploration blocks in India (CB-ONN-2004/5 and AA-ONN-2004/4) that were awarded during NELP VI. AWEL is also the sole working interest owner and Operator of two onland exploration blocks in Thailand 1) L39/48 (Concession No 7/2550/83) and 2) L22/50(Concession No. 9/2551/100). We are in midst of planning and executing seismic and drilling activities in these blocks as well as actively pursuing new business opportunities in India and globally.
